My portable studio is essentially based around quality mics and Pro Tools. I'm always tinkering and picking up bits of gear, but for now the set up is as follows:

Microphones:

• 2 x AKG C414, 2 x AKG C451, 1 x Oktava MK319, 2 x AKG D112, 1 x Beyer M201, 3 x Sennheiser e604, 2 x Shure SM57, 1 Red5 Audio RV4, 2 x Red 5 Audio RV85
• SE Electronics Reflexion Filter (portable vocal "booth")

Preamps:

• 2 x Focusrite Octopre (16 class A preamps)

System:

• MacBook Pro Dual-Core 2.33GHz, 2G RAM, running Pro-Tools LE 7.3.1, with a variety of plug-ins.

Monitors:

• Blue Sky Media Desk 2.1

Other Items include: Lexicon MX200 FX, Korg DRV-3000 FX, Gem Wizard Organ, Fender Blues Deluxe valve guitar amplifier, various Behringer outboard (mainly for live use), various Sennheiser and Beyer headphones...
